My boyfriend dumped me a few weeks ago and the only reason I quit starving myself was for him but now i am not eating and i puke rite after eating (if i have to eat)...and i went to go eat dinner tonite and i actually ate a regular meal and i feel sick like as if stomach is gonna explode...what should i do?

I'm sorry that your boyfriend left, but he obviously wasn't worthy of you. You are apparently a loving and caring individual and he wasn't able to see nor appreciate that. Right now we need to take of you as the primary focus. If your not at 100% nothing else will be either. If you haven't been eating right for a long time start with a full liquid diet. You know like we do in hospitals for patients after they had surgery and such. Juice, broth, jell-o, etc. If that stays down o.k. slowly advance your diet to include dry cracker, toast with a little butter, maybe a banana. You can then add protein like chicken (not fried) other well done meats. Eat small amounts and more frequent meals. You should be up to a full diets in about four days. Avoid greasy foods and things like chips and candy bars. If your 'worried' about how you look just include some aerobic exercise AFTER your eating on a regular basis. You should talk with your GP and maybe get in with a support group so that they can help you to progress toward your goals. I'm pulling for you. Good luck.

Lay down after you eat or get some sleep, it proubly hurts like a tummy ache and thats what i do when i have a stoumach ache. try having lots of liqids the next day like tomato soup for breakfast and smoothes. Stop anorexia is stupid eat healthy and exercise and i had a friend who was bulmic and that was cause she ate lots of junk food then felt guilt. Just dont eat alot of junk food or dont eat junk food at all. Eat healthy so there will be no guilt on you so you wouldn't puke. I honestly feel sorry for you that your bf left you and what you are going through. I hope you feel better soon.

Your stomach shrinks, at intervals it is empty, try eating several small meals a day instead of 2-3 big meals, this will help enlarge stomach, and also get your stomach ready for food again. And dont starve for no one. Good decision you made.

You need professional help. See a doctor and get the medication you need to help with the nausea and he will refer you to someone who can work with you. Don't put this off, it is very easy to die from an electrolyte imbalance as did Karen Carpenter.
