if you are dieting, you can get dizzy and faint because your body doesn't have the nutrients it needs. If you've started some type of medication, you can have these symptoms.
More seriously, you could have a problem with your brain. Or your blood pressure could be too high or too low. You could have inner ear infection and get so dizzy you can't walk.
Even a sever sinus infection can do this. Tell your parents and get to the doctor. or find a free clinic if you're lucky enough to live in a city big enough to support these.

you should go to the doctor.
i remember i fainted a few times when i was younger and my nose would bleed. i went to the doctor and it turns out that i'm slightly anemic.
same with my sister....she fainted about 3 times in a few months and she turned out to be slightly anemic also.
a good way to treat this is to eat a lot of dark green vegetables! they are high in iron and will increase the amount of red blood that carries the oxygen.
but i definitely recomment going to the doctor to check exactly what is wrong.

You REALLY need to see a MD for this problem. Anything from sinus infections ( sinusitis) to hypertension, to an aneurysm, to a tumor, ANYTHING, can be the problem. That's why you need a medical consultation. Don't put it off, take care of yourself!! Best wishes!

May I suggest to go to the hospital for consultation as early as
possible before it is getting late concerning what you felt and
experienced about your health.
