How common are False-Negatives on Mono tests?

I had a mono test done 3 days after i got sick, and i was wondering how common are false-negatives? i am still feeling run down and i have all the symptoms of mono.

I do not know about the faulse mono tests but I can tell you that it is possible that you are fatigued. I would check out about that and maybe some other common illnesses that could cause your symtoms. Sometimes I will get a small cold that just wears me out because ontop of the cold I am fatigued and it makes it worse. I havea two year old so I am sort of used to being fatigued so when a small cold hits it makes me that much more tired and run down. and if all else fails ask your doc!
