Whether or not 20 will kill you is subjective, it all depends on a persons size and metabolism. However the chemicals in sudafed can kill if taken in a high enough dose. The most likely scenario is that if you take an overdose you will fall asleep hoping to die but you will wake up, and when you do and change your mind about wanting to die it will be too late , the damage to your body will already be done. As your organs start to break down you will be in excruciating pain and very concious. The Doctors will be able to give you nothing for the pain and you will most likely be placed in a sound proof hospital room so no one else will here your screams . From past cases it will probaly take about 3 days to die of which you will be awake for most and screaming form a pain you cant even imagine .
At least this is what happened in a couple of case studies. Hope it helps

The active ingredient is phenylephrine. At normal doses, it can causes irregular heart beats and heart attacks. Just guessing, but twenty pills, if it didn't kill you or cause you to go in to a coma, it would double or triple your pulse rate, mess with your heart beat, create extreme nervousness and anxiety, cause a pounding headache and elevated blood pressure. this 1st will make your hair stand up on it's own, then you will puke, your stomache will hurt really bad.
you will be awake like "man lets go I'm ready" then you will lay your head down a minute later and say " I'm going to sleep" over and over for 6-12 hours
this is a bad idea. don't do it 10 in one 24hr period did this to me. 20 could kill the right person given the right conditions.

I think before it would kill you you'd get so violently ill you'd wish you were dead....like vomiting stomach aches and cramps etc....having your stomach pumped is also painful....and if this isn't for a paper PLEASE talk to someone....a.s.a.p.....Good Luck!

any medicine in excess can kill u so better not take any more than indicated on the box or by the physicians.
