I noticed this week for the first time that my lower neck was slightly swollen (where my neck meets my collar bone). Soon after I developed a sore throat and symptoms of a head cold. Just wondering if these two things might be connected. I plan on seeing a doctor if the swelling continues in what I assume to be my thyroid gland (uniform swelling, very slight).

.*i've been having it for 2 weeks
*the pain is either there or not,as in on or off basis,if its there,from
20 minutes-1hr long
*the pain sometimes travels to the centre(belly),feels like i 'm having stomach cramps,like the food poisoning type.
*i don't think i have blood in my stools
*sometimes nauseous,i too feel bloated but my appetite picks up when i am eating.

hello! I quit smoking 6 days ago and noticed that I cant seem to get rid of this nose bleed.I wasnt worried until I noticed this morning that I had blood on tissue after bowel movement.I have been really fatigued lately.Does anyone know what this might be.I hate going to doctors but alittle worried...thank you p.s. Ive been using a patch called habitrol for quitting smoking.

very small mouth with down turned edges, dribbles alot, global developmental delay, has spoken but lost speech and is now regaining it. Sat up at 9mths, crawled and rolled over at 16 mths, walked at 20 mths. She gets confused alot. creases on hands do not join between thumb and fore finger. acute excema. Small hands and feet that are always very cold, swallowing difficulties. Was born at 37wks by c-section after 2 heamorages. Had tests for PWS, Angelmans and Rett Syn. All negative. Could possibly be a metabolic condition. Does anyone have any ideas.

i have visited the doctors three times in the last few weeks and got different answers to my symptoms. i feel weak and tired the slightest task seems way beyond my reach i feel like i have flu all the time ,not the cold and the blocked up nose but the awful woozy feeling in your head when you are going to get the flu,one minute i cant get enough sleep the next i can only sleep for two or three hours a night my shoulder and neck ache all the time i have problems with concentrating,and the slightest things get me that worked up i can hardly breath.i also have a little dizziness and pins and needlesin my feet and hands,.the first time i went the doctor gave me taBlets for vertigo,the second time i went my blood preassure was high so i was prescribed bloodpreassure tablets,i have been today and seen another doctor and he has said it all in my head ,and its to do with the weather and not to take the blood preassure tablets but get some vitamin tablets.i know its not in my head ,help please

My name is Heaven and Im 16 (I was named after a book by V.C. Andrews). I am 16 with a family history of varieous medical problems....For the last few months I have been throwing up randomly. Im not making myself throwing up either. Its never alot and it doesnt seem to have a pattern. On top of that I have lost 20 pounds which may not seem like a lot to ya'll but I lost less when I was on a carb diet for a year. I dont think its the flu cuz I rarly feel feverish but I do get cold chills. I feel week and irritable also. I drink alot too. I could drink a gallon of water and a two letter of diet soda. I have a doctor's appointment the 25th but It would be nice to have an idea of what is wrong. I hope I am just being a hypocondreact...

It was last night. I had just gotten home from a hard day work at the beef fields. In deep exhaustion. I make my way to the shower and start enjoying a once in a life time bath. All of the sudden i hear an imperfect pitch of sound. I immediately sprint to the primal belch with water repelling off my unnatural shade of skin. I see gramps foaming an unnatural shade of white, in the dark abyss. Along side he was a bucket of empty oxy-clean with teeth marks inserted into it. I ran over to gramps and started slapping digits out of him. I didn’t think twice. The last thing I heard of poor old' gramps was an Ethiopian bellow. I thought now that he is a lifeless corpse I can finally have his socks. I ungracefully take them off . To my surprise there was an overgrown toenail and a mammoth sized protuberance covered in raspberry slush! What should I DO?

I'm praying that if I get all of this down, someone might know what the heck is wrong with me.
Thanksgiving, I got real sick, tried to go sleep it off, couple days later I went to Emergency room with some sort of Viral Pneumonia. They admit me into the hospital. Check this,. The whole time I was there 3 days, I was sweaty, cold, very restless, Like restless legs in my whole body.
It was like I was wearing a straight jacket. Every 4 hours they would give me Albuterol so after a while I figured the albuterol was making me freak out right?
I really thought as soon as I got home I would be okay. Nothing changed, I pace around like an idiot. It's like I have to move or I feel like I'm going nuts. So, I go back to the doctor and they give me some xanax and put me on some thyroid medicine. I quit the xanax, I feel almost normal when I'm working, but when I try to relax, restless body kicks in, can't sleep, lost 20 pounds. I took a lunesta last night and did not sleep at all. Anyone Help?

my son is suffering from nose bleeding for the past 4 days. Even at night time his nose will bleed without any reason. I brought him to the EENT specialist, but the doctor said it maybe due to my son's fingernail because my son used to insert his fingernails into his nose. I'm not really convinced with the doctor's theory because even when my son is soundly sleeping, his nose will still bleed with so much blood.
