the problem is that you have so many and vague symptoms that you are bound to get different diagnoses, really what you should do is take the treatment the first dr gives, if it doesn't improve go back to THAT DOCTOR, and get him to try soemthing else, and carry on in that way. Going to different drs all the time will only be confusing.

Eat steamed brown rice (without any additives such as butter or soy sauce and absolutely no salt) for one week. Start drinking green foods drinks. I recommend Swanson's Mega Green Barley Grass Powder mixed only with water. After a week, add steamed vegetables to your diet.

Get plenty of exercise when you feel well enough to start walking. 30 minutes a day would be a good goal to start with.

In the meantime pick up a copy of Confessions of a Kamikazee Cowboy by Dirk Benedict and read it with a highlighter. Mark the lines that seem important to you.

Read everything you can about macrobiotics.

I'm not a doctor but, I have a condition called poly mialgia rheumatica that started with symptoms similar to yours. You do not say how old you are, this is important as the above condition only affects people over 40. I would ask your doctor to give you a blood test. There are lots of things it could be with those symptoms. ask your doctor to do some blood test if only as a process of elimination.

Your symptoms sound possibly like a couple of conditions many doctors are badly educated in.Please look at the symptom list at the website below, for the illness called lyme disease/borreliosis.
You will notice many similar symptoms to your own.
Another possibility is vitamin B12 deficiency.
If you dont get any help from your GP - may be best to go private
p.s.I have lyme myself and know how you feel !

I am no doctor but I have heard of these symptoms before and these folks nearly died of heart attacks. You must see another doctor, one that will run the right tests on you, possibily a cardiologist. Any doctor that says it is in your head is time to never see that doctor again. I would go to the er if this should happen again. God Bless you and get you healthy!

I'm not a doctor but the symptoms sound like M.E. or depression!

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be suicidal to be depressed. It takes on many forms and symptoms can include tiredness, lethargy, sleepiness and being unable to sleep! All the symptoms you describe can be associated with depression!

You may also be suffering from stress!

The sinus symptoms are consistent with sinusitis. Sounds very much like you have a nasty sinus infection. See your family doc and see if they won't do a set of sinus x-rays or at least treat this.
