actually after the stoppage of rain , i ate the pakistani item samosa and after that i felt my throat was swelling and i was feeling pain on my legs and was feeling fatigueness , next day i got the cough and flu problem ,fever,now i have severe indigestion problem too. i am in the tour of asia but the rainy season of pakistan proven harmful to me, now what sort of remedies should i take?

Am a 26 year old male who is about getting married to a 23 year old friend. At the last counseling session we been attending, we both found out that we have blood group or something relating to blood As, and are currently facing stiff resistance by both family, church, society to getting married.They reason being that we would have children that have sickle cells and might die at tender age.It’s almost a taboo in where we live for people with "As" blood type/group to get married, even the government campaigns against it.
What is sickle cell? Who is a carrier? How can we go around it because I don’t think I would ever live with any other person except Tosin

I have a sore throat since this morning, I am quite worried as it only came on in the latter part of the morning and it only hurts on one side (my right ) when I swallow. I dont really feel unwell, as you would do with a cold, but the more i swallow it hurts as though someone is shoving a knitting needle down my neck... What do I do, what do I do???? i eat a lot. no one can believe how much i eat. i eat twice as much as most of my guy friends and nothing i eat is healthy. i feel like im doing nothing but eating nonstop all day and i always can just eat more and more i never seem to get full enough. but i am 5"7 and weigh 125 pounds so i dont consider myself fat. im starting to get scared that i might have some kind of worms or something. how do you get them and how would i know that i have them? arent these the symptoms?

It's been going on for months, and usually occurs at night. Cortisone cream provides some relief, but not much. It doesn't seem to be a skin condition, though, as there is no peeling, flaking, bumps, etc.
