Severe urinary tract infection specially contracted from a sex partner causes such a fear of sex in teen agers and youth that they think they lost potency. Treatment for UTI is the first priority. U.T.I. of any severity can not cause impotency.

Not sure, I'm not a doctor but you'll probably have pain. I think it can be cured by anti-biotics like "Cefixime".
