There are internal as well as external parasites.
Internal parasites (Endoparasites)- Threadworms, Roundworms (Ascaris lumbricoides), Tapeworms, Hydatid cysts, etc.
External parasites (Ectoparasites)- Sarcoptes scabei (Scabies), Head louse, Crab louse (Pubic louse), Common bed bug, Harvest mite (Chiggers), Kissing bugs, etc.
The parasites shuld be identified by laboratory tests and appropriate treatment should be taken.
