They all dampen (reduce) neuron activity. You should not be on all three without a significant history and explanation. Tegretol and neurontin can cause significant side effects, so if you experience bone pain or lupus systems, stop taking them immediately. If the symptoms are sever go to the ER.
Were these prescribed for you, or are you thinking of mixing them for an adverse event? If so, you will be in a lot of pain, but you won't die. The level for an overdose is very very high -- a year or two's worth of prescriptions.

I hope your not on all three of those at once, if you are get to a different doctor. Those are way to strong to be taken together.
