Taking calcium magnesium combination would be good. Together with protein which is necessary as our body is made up of amino acids. Protein is also neccessary in any healing function of our body. Would recommend calcium magnesium from Nutrilite. It's cheap and effective.

Crack fracture of a bone heals fastest with rest. Rest the vertebra by not doing anything ,much less yoga. Overzealous yoga protagonists not withstanding kindly understand "rest to the part" heals any wound including fracture in six weeks.

No! yoga cannot heal a fracture. If the crack is minor then rest to the vertebra is important. Stretching, bending & lifting heavy objects will aggravte the fracture & takes longer time to resolve.
