Have a pain killer which also has parts of paracetamol and Z for cold like Action 500 this is the reaction of body to common cold.
Pls note it is nothing serious and dont worry

Could be the onset of the flu. Wait a few more days. If symptoms don't subside see your doctor and be tested for lupus.
