My boyfriend caught scabies and has a mild breakout of it, I don't have any breakouts as of yet, however I just want to know if a doctor would prescribe medicine to someone that hasn't had a breakout, but sleeps with the person who does and has had it for a few weeks now? And if so, would it work if I used it BEFORE Getting A Breakout of it??

My fiance was bitten tonight by a German Shepard, and the girl said that he had been vaccinated in January. He called the vet that she said gave him the vaccination and he said that since the dog was vaccinated, there is only a minimal chance of him contracting rabies. What does that mean? Can he still get rabies?

What thing or item did you stress about and put money into, and looking back now it wasn't worth spending the money on? I worry about spending to much money on a detail or thing that people will never notice. Would like your advice on things that are not worth doing because they area waste of money.

We all have strep throat and I don't have insurance. I would rather not pay for 5 people to get rapid strep tests plus paying for the prescription, I would rather just buy amoxicillian online. Has anyone used one of these places? Which are legit? Thanks.

Nov 06,I kissed a lady for a few min-that is it.A few weeks later I had white dots on the side of my tongue. I went to a walk in and they put me on nystatin-2 days later I went to my MD and he said it is Oral Thrush. He put me on 2 tab of fluconazole. It helped but came back.End of Dec, I did full blood work.My immune system was fine. Well as Feb rolled around it was still there- I did get the HIV test- it was neg.He looked at my tongue and noticed that the thrush is still there and spreading to the back of my tongue. He has put me on fluconazloe for 7 days-1 tablet a day.Could I have received this by kissing the lady? Also, all it says about this when reading about it is that it is HIVrelated.I got tested in Feb and it was neg. Can I have the symptoms but the test result be wrong?Should I get tested again since the thrush is spreading. My MD said if it spreads to the esophagus then it is serious but how do I stop that? When I read about esophagus candiditis that is a AIDS defining illness

My son acquired MRSA and I am curious how long it is before it starts showing symptoms. In other words how fast does it grow? I do know it is very aggressive. We are trying to determine where it may have come from.

I'm sick with a very intense cough and sore throat, and absolutely have to get up and go to school tomorrow morning. My cough is worse when I lay down. All I have are cough drops, cough medicine that doesn't seem to work, and tea (I wish I could drink it all night, but I wouldn't get any sleep). I don't think there is an answer to this, but I'm open to anything.
