You are able to take a swab test, now, that will give you a positive or negative for HIV in 20 minutes or less. Still, remember, you can show negative for HIV and still be positive at a later time. It is good to have the free testing done at the public health dept, so that you can have the testing done at least twice a year.

Nowadays, i don't know if there are really a test that can determine a person HIV+. Doctors and scientists are different vision. In the past, tuberculosis exists by now, someone who are tuberculosis is HIV+ or aids. I think nobody can't decribe what is HIV or AIDS.

call the terence higgins trust. they can tell you your nearest clinic where they do hiv tests and you have the results in less than 1 hr, completely free and confidential too

Go to the doctor....He will take a blood sample and he will tell you soon as he gets the results ....
