Hey, go to your doctor first of all,
drink lots and lots of water, which works like a magic to flu / cold symptoms.
Get some chicken soup as well, you need good nutrition.
Take a complete rest, stay away from TV or game, sleep a lot.

The SYMPTOMS? Take Contact-C -it's the best thing on the market. You could also take Neo Citran which comes in Lemon and other flavours and has both a drowsy and a non-drowsy formula. (It's a powder in a package that you mix into a cup of hot water and drink it-it tastes good !!) Or you can just use Day Quil or Night Quil. Those are the best over-the-counter meds out there.
