Has anyone heard if the Philippines has had any cases of the new strain of dengue in the last two years? The one with the atypical symptoms and thesimilarity to real flu instead of the fever with the pain in the joints? And has anyone heard about there being a new form of the dengue hemorrhagic fever, one that makes the brain bleed this time?

I have a friend who's mom has a place on her leg that will not heal up, and they finally got the deep part to heal, but the outside layers of skin will not. He said she had proderma gangrenosum, I looked it up, read about it. But was wandering if anyone has had it, or knows anyond w/it. They first thought she had a spider bite, but wasn't that..

I have a cough and cold that gets better and then gets worst gets better and worse etc. sometimes i can cough up the flem and sometimes its so tight i cant cough up nothing but i just cant seem to stop coughing at all. I took some left over pinicillin pill i was recently taking for an abcess ive been taking them for bout 4 days now but they also did nothing.

If a dialyis patient contacts MRSA- methicyllin resistant staphlococcus aureus, once they have been treated for it, and no opeining on skin, can they be considered for the list for kidney transplant, or would this disqualify them to receive a kidney.

He gets pain in the stomach on and off. It is very severe pains as well (screaming and crying). It started with diarrhea and gas which has the worst, most distinct smell I've ever smelt. We just found blood in his feces. It has been going on for about 3 days now getting worst every day.
Any ideas on what it could be and if we should take him to the ER tonight?

My son had an endoscopy in 04, and the biopsied results showed h pylor. We were to go have a breath test done a year alter to see if it was active,(he took antibiotics for a while), and ddnt make it. At his next apopintment they told us it wasnt neccesary. Does H pylori lead to cancer, Ive heard its inevitable. Can it go away permanetley? How in the worl did my four year old get this, we dont liek in a third world country!!!???

Cellulitis. i had this rash on my tummy and it kept spreading. so i used different creams and nothing. then i got chills so i went to the doctor and she said it was cellulitis.i was put on high powered antibiotics for 3 days until monday and go back. if its not much better she said i'm going to the hospital. i didn't realize how serious this could be and even fatal. two days on the antibiotics and still got the rash and chills. does this take a long time to improve and get resolved? anyone out there have any experience with cellulitis?

I have afamily member who has Hep. C she says she is just a carrier of it but her "body cured itself" I have 3 kids who love her to death and always want to drink after her, I am really scared that they might get it. I don't want to treat this person like a freak but my kids are MY LIFE and I don't want to do anything that would take their quality of life away. Been testing Hep-C pos for about 15 yrs, just got a viral load result of 11.5 mill., genome A or 1 (cant remember which) Considering just comfort measures 'til death because of the terrible experience hubby had 5 yrs ago with interferon alfa 2b with riboviron. Have suffered with great overal body pain (and other symptoms) of fibro myalgia, also have been dealing with insulin dependent diabetes for ~10 yrs., chronic allergies (which aggravate the flu like symptoms of fibro) and I have a miriad of other symptoms & probs from "endocrine system shut-down" (Dr's words) from a full body blast of radiation the level of Chernobyl. So, the question is, what do I have to contend with on my way to death from this latest slap in my life-pod's face. Please--no Bible-thumpers' "pray!..." answers.

Okay this may sound weird but its completley true. Theres this "girl" at my school and she , well smells, she smells like poo. She has been smelling like poo since 2nd grade and now i am in 7th grade, it is really getting to be bad, she wears boys clothes, takes a shower once a week(at least thats what she said) and she said she is constipated and doesn't liek to sleep. It is really getting to the point that she is going to stinnk up the entire school, and everyone else dies. Her mother, now her doesn't seems to do anything abou it. it seems, that she thinks "OH SHES JUST A CHILD" SHES THIRTEEN YEARS OLD! Its really bad!




what should I do, should i go to the office, talk to the teacher, talk to the stinker, WHAT SHOULD I DO? She sits infron tof me and her butt faces me!

I Dont want to sound mean but it is all true, its really bad, EHHHHH! AHHHHH!

Can you give me advice on hwo to deal with this? I
