Day and night tablets. The day ones are n0n drowsy and the night ones are - i htink
Codral cold and flu tablets are pretty good.
What I would reccomend is going down to your pharmacy and asking them for help. They love to give help and its free advice. All you would need is over the counter stuff so there is no point going to a doctor - i went last year when i had a really bad cold, couldn't speak (i had a throat infection/laryngytis and otha stuff) and all they could do is give me a prescription for...................... over the counter stuff. Theey gave me a prescription for some benedine gargal stuff and codral for hte flu.
So go down and talk to a pharmacist. They have often got heaps of experience and know exactly what they are talking about

Take Advil for the headache & fever, try hot tea with lemon and honey for your sore throat & stuffy nose, eat a lot of chicken soup (no kidding), drink lots of clear liquids, get some Vitamin C and zinc. Gargle with warm salt water for your sore throat. Sleep whenever you're tired (turn off your phone when you're sleeping-they can leave a message), it doesn't matter what time of day it is, you're sick.
Try to avoid over the counter meds. They do more harm than good. If you have to take them, don't take them for longer than three days. Otherwise, they turn the snot in your head to a concrete gel that gets infected, and you need anitbiotics to get rid of.
Get some rest and get better soon.

It sounds like you have a bout of the common cold. Go to your doctor and see about getting some type of antibiotic, you can also buy them in the Bodega's too it all depends on your age, if you are under age talk to your parents and see which way they want to handle it. If you are of age then you make the choice on your own. But I think that the best thing is for you to go to the doctor to find out what is the problem.

Go to the local pharmacy or local store and see what Kind of medicine that sounds good for you to take, yes there are all kinds but read the labels and see which ones will cover all your symptoms. Drink alot of fluids also and get bed rest to. Once you do take some medicine you are going to have to ride this out till it is gone. Get better soon and God Bless.

Take some Allka seltzer Plus Cold formula or some Dayquil or Nyquil and get lots of sleep. Try some decaffeinated tea for your throat. Chicken soup does wonders. Try to sleep as much as you possibly can. Take some vitamin c tablets.

Get yourself some Ginger Ale, and Honey. Heat it up to near boiling point. Drink it down and cover up. It works great trust me, I have been using this since I was little and my colds and flu's were gone in 3 days tops.

Try Mucinex, it use to be a prescription drug, but now you can buy it over the counter almost anywhere. There are four different kinds to choose from. It will help you.

You have described, among other things, influenza and it is the flu season. If you wish you can try the OTC flu meds that treat the symptoms. This is what I would suggest other than the obvious.
FYI: If you have the flu you will not require any prescriptions.
