It feels like a was stabbed with a pencil and about 2 inches of it is stuck inside me still. I was told the that it would disolve by itself in a few months. I had a sonogram about 6 months ago, but they said it looked fine. It is limiting my abillity. What is wrong?

I realize that some palpitations are normal and that thing where the heart sort of skips a beat and then thuds really hard right afterwards is normal as well. Its just that it happens everyday and sometimes keeps doing it over and over again especially right when I lay down at night. I'm a 34 year old in pretty decent condition. I also started a new super intense weightlifting workout. The other day when I finished, I felt ok, but just a tiny bit nauseous. About fifteen or twenty minutes later I was laying flat on my back in a grocery store parking lot on the verge of passing out with a cold sweat etxremely nauseous, though it passed in about five minutes after I laid down. I wondered if this could signal my heart was in distress or a mild heartattack perhaps. The workout consists of very intense sets with practically no rest in between. Am I a hypochondriac or are my fears warranted?

I am 45 and a woman. I have been having pain in my shoulders and mid back, trouble breathing, and dizziness. I have been using my inhaler every 2 hours and have been taking 800mgs of motrin for the pain and a gas X and previcid for my stomach. The breathing problems seems better but I am still in some pain. My husband, a nurse, says I am not presenting the symptoms of a heart attack and thinks it is more upper respiratory related. I have also had sore shoulders for a while with limited movement that my doctor thinks is my rotator cuff. Do you think I should ride it out on pain meds and albutoral or go to the emergency room? I'm not in distress as much as I was. Any suggestions? Thanks!

A person got his wife aged 49 admitted into a hospital with the complaint of severe chest pain. She died in about four hours. No ECG was taken though it was prescribed. She was sedated and yet she was made to walk through corridors to a washroom. There was no history of any prior heart complaint.

I'm talking the heartrate you get after using cocaine (very high). It's been about 3 hrs since my dose but my heart keeps pumping fast. Any experienced people out there know a few tips? I'd really appreciate it.

I have found capsules on the web for a very low price ($1.60 each) and they can't be split. This would make my daily cost only 80 cents. This is the lowest I have found on the web. If you have found a lower price please include it in your answer.

Should I be concerned?
I'm anemic and I've been trying to get rid of that condition by not drinking soda/coffee 2 hours before and after my meal.

I'm pretty skinny. I don't think my high heart rate has anything to do with my weight.

I don't ever work out though, and I looooove sweet (cake, chocolate, etc). Does that play a role in having such a high heart rate.

Is 122 really really high?
What should I do with this?
