I underwent an Angiogram around a year ago. The artery point of enter still seems sore at times. Problem?

It feels like a was stabbed with a pencil and about 2 inches of it is stuck inside me still. I was told the that it would disolve by itself in a few months. I had a sonogram about 6 months ago, but they said it looked fine. It is limiting my abillity. What is wrong?

probably formed some scar tissue in the area and i do not think alot can be done for that..
