That's pretty low- is this your usual pressure?-how is pulse--if fast and erratic I would get EKG as soon as possible--and take an aspirin now. If this is not normal and has been going on for 12 hours or more I would go to the ER.

How many pounds is 8 stones? Have you ruled out pregnancy? If there is a chance, take a taste right away and see. I have hyperthyroidism, and have some of these symptoms. I can feel my heart racing and beating really fast. I am thirsty all of the time and pee like crazy. Even if I haven't drank anything for a while I still have to pee to the point that I've already peed my pants a little just because I couldn't make it to the bathroom. The feeling comes on so fast and if I don't dash right then, I am in danger of an accident. I don't have a metallic taste in my mouth, but I do get dizzy and feel as though I can't sleep enough. Does your throat ever hurt or just bother you? Do you find yourself getting irritated easily? More so than normal? I have to watch so I don't blow my top at the people I love, or the idiots that pull out in front of me while driving! >:( I also have an increased appetite and weight loss no matter how much I eat (that part I like). You may also want to get checked to be sure it isn't something else like leukemia or Multiple Sclerosis. I'm not saying it is one of these things, but no matter what it is you need to get it checked. I'm going to start treatment for my thyroid after the holidays. Best of luck to you. And get to the doctor tomorrow!

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

First you need to determine what your baseline blood pressure is. Your primary care physician should have records of your previous blood pressures. If this a normal blood pressure for you then other health conditions could be causing your symptoms i.e. low thyroid function or even dehydration. Lab work can be done at your physician's office to determine what other disease processes may be occuring. However, if this is not a normal blood pressure for you then your dizziness and fatigue would be considered symptomatic hypotension (low blood pressure). I would definitely make an appointment for a physical, if need be your primary care physican can refer you to a specialist.

Some people have normal blood pressure , as low as that but that is the minimum. Better see a doctor and eat good food.

Depending on your age and height, this could be considered average and you shouldn't worry. In average individuals, low blood pressure could also be an indication of iron deficiency anemia. If your doctor isn't concerned, you shouldn't worry too much.

Good luck!

Yes, go see a doctor.
90 as a high value is too low, so is 45.
Don't wait until you're hauled into an emergency room.
