There isn't a medication over the counter to help you with this.
If you have a heart ailment for your own children if nothing else go to the doctor. As a mother I would do anything for my children starting with going to the doctor and taking care of myself. Not going to the doctor is not doing what is best for them. If something happened to you how would your daughter feel knowing you could have done something about it, but didn't???
I'm 34 years old, I have heart problems. When I was just 24 it came to light. With prescription medication I am just fine. I go in for regular yearly checks, take my medication daily and enjoy knowing I am doing everything I can to be here with my 4 kids. There is so much they can do these days. It's pretty amazing.
Do it for your children if you won't do it for yourself.

The only answer for this would be to see your MD ASAP, and if you develop symptoms that concern you , you should visit the ER . Look up the symptoms on the Internet. What are you waiting for......if not for you, have yourself checked out for your children. I am an ER nurse and I see it all too often, a stubborn male that waits too late........do you have any idea what it is like telling the family in the waiting room that their loved one died. We see case after case of people that wait to come in, some wait too long.....particularly men. this is not a question that you should ask the general public.......very dangerous. TALK TO YOUR MD ASAP.

You must consult your Physician to get either reassurance or an accurate diagnosis and treatment/medication. There are numerous reasons for cardiac problems so it is imposible to self-diagnose. Ask yourself if you want to get it checked out now or leave it with the possibility your condition might deteriorate. Do you want to be the man that sees your daughters grow up and walks them down the aisle at their weddings? Or the man that waited too long?

<>No one is going to recommend or give you any medication based on your "feeling." If you are having symptoms (chest/arm pain (especially on exertion) shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting- all symptoms of a heart attack or other cardiac problems) you would be foolish not to see a doctor, if not for you, then for your children. And wouldn't it be nice to have your fears allayed and find out that you DON'T have a heart problem; that your symptoms might be a sign of something more benign?

Anything with the heart is nothing to mess around with please get up the courage to go and have it checked out.
I just went through this myself and now I am thankful to have gone to the doctor. She put me on medicine and at least I will be around to see my first granddaughter who will be born in a few days.

For the love of god go to the doctor. Since you are 35, your condition is probably easily treatable, but only if you go to the doctor.
