I'm doing a paper about the heart and possible things that could go wrong. I need help finding a website(s) of heart conditions/problems. And what types of tests are done to diagnose them? Or if you know any conditions and could tell me anything.. thanks!!

Im 13 and I dont have any heart problems in my family tree but for some reason my heart beats hard even when I haveint done anything. I cant feel it but I can fell it when I touch my chest. It doesnt skip or give extra beats but its just making me nervous.
P.S it doesnt hurt either. And there is no other symptoms while it happens, not short of breath or anything like that.

I have allways believed that running will make the heart stronger and therefore make me live longer. Are there studies supporting that? What are other benefits of running besides the obvious ones - loose weight, lower cholestral etc.?

I know about Stable, Printzmetal's (also know as Variant), Unstable, Vincent's. I've just watched a TV programme which referred to Ludwig's angina (which I had never heard of ) and I wondered if there were any more.

verytym I'm nervous or even tired, I'm geting rd..And, his runs all over my body..Then, I suddenly feel that the reddish parts of my body(cause of something unusual reaction from my body) are getting warm and even warmer..This just stops if I get ventilated or feel cool air.. This really happens to me often times in school.. Is this a sign of heart failure? Actually,my dad died because of heart failure.

However on my father's death certificate it read:'Coronary artery thrombosis due to coronary artety atheroma.'
My uncle's read: 'Myocardial infarction.'
Are there different types of heart attack? Otherwise why not use the same wording for every heart attack.

I have atrial fibrillation and take Warfarin. I used to take it every morning at the same time as my beta blocker and flecainide and never forgot. When I was in hospital the nurse said Warfarin should be taken at 6pm. This is not convenient as we eat mainly at midday and are out in the evening and twice I have forgotten to take the Warfarin. What difference would it make if I took it in the morning with my other tablets?
Also the anticoagulation clinic told me not to make up the missed dose the next morning - surely it is better than missing a dose completely? I take 5mg weekdays and 6mg at the weekend so obviously the amount is minutely measured and it seems to me that it would be better to make up the missing dose and anyway the 2 doses would be 10 hours apart. I was also told to mark my yellow card with the date of the missing dose althoug my INR test is only monthly now so it seems pointless or perhaps I am not understanding the way warfarin works..

panic attacks, fast heart beats, for my stomach and for depression. I take Toprol XL, Tiazac 420, lansoprazole 30 mg, Effexor XR 75, Avalide 150/12.5 and Xanax 0.5mg.
Now my question is, I have been to my main Doctor, and he has referred me to gastroenterologist, to heart specialist, to every Doctor he can think of. To this day, I still am not feeling up to part.
Any suggestions on maybe getting rid of some of these medicines and going herbal or something.
I am really sick and tired of taking all these medicines and still not feeling well. Can someone please give me an honest answer on what else to do. I am depressed most times, I really do not like to go out of the house, unless I have to. My friends are used to this and come and visit me. So does my family, but there surely has to be something else that I can do.
Please only answers that will help me. And no Iam not crazy, I am very intelligent and very friendly most of the time(the friendly part)
