Exercise is a double edged sword for a diabetic patient.By saying this i mean that if you do exercise over enthusiastically, you might run short of blood glucose level, may fall unconscious and suffer from hypoglycemia. On the other hand, by doing regular exercise you can improve your blood sugar control, prevent development of risk factors for heart diseases and other medical illnesses which are confounding factors for diabetes. Sometimes diabetes can be controlled well on diet and exercise only. If you do not exercise you will gain weight which may further deteriorate your sugar control.
So weighing all good and bad points,it is advised to do regular exercises under the supervision of a good physician who can adjust your medication as and when required.

No, it is not true that they will face heart problem. Doctors advise diabetic patient to join gym as the sugar level remains constant. It is required for the diabetic patient to go to the gym everyday. The person having diabetes if goes to gym everyday he or she burns lot of sugar or carbohydrates. That's why it is necessary for a diabetic patient to go to gym.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes diabetics can go to the gym and as a matter of fact it help keep your blood sugar numbers down. But I don't advise doing a vigorous workout if your blood sugar is between 80-120 because it could cause you to hypoglycemic (low blood sugar).

No, in fact the opposite. By excercising and working out on a regular basis, you can actually help to control your glucose levels without as much use of insulin. Diabtics even more than many others NEED to stay fit and going to the gym is a good way to do that.

Exercise is very important for everyone. Exercise is especially important for diabetics. I am not sure if it will prevent heart problems in the future because I beleive part of the eventual heart problem is caused by the medication that is taken.
But exercise and a good diet will help in the long run both mentally and physically.
