Weird throbing in heart area?

im having a weird throbing mild pain in the heart area that comes and goes about every 45 seconds... but it isent likeburning like heart burn any idea.. im only 17 so i shouldnt be dying i hope?

Could be Prinzmetal's angina, not uncommon in young men. But you don't want to play games with your heart, call your doctor. Just last week I had to tell the family of a 20 year old that he died from a heart attack.
