well i know u cant actually "cure" but i just want to know wut i can do to reduce it. without the help of surgery.

No.Heart nmurmur cant be cured with either traditional or doctor's medication.
The condition depends on individual as well. You can have heart murmur which doesnt give you any effect ay all, so its best to leave it alone.
If its cause by severe MVP (Mitral Heart Prolpse, basically ur valves doesnt close properly cos 1 string is longer the other) or hole in the heart (and its a big hole that you have, not a very small one), then you have to go for surgery.
The doctor should make you undergo ultrasound of the heart first (echocardiography) to confirm your condition.

That depends on the murmur.
There is such a thing as an "innocent" murmur, which is caused simply by the circulation of the blood through the heart. depending on how the inside of the heart is shaped, the blood may circulate around in it with a bit of a gurgle, but that's never any trouble. It usually disappears in adulthood, but not always.
Any other kind of murmur, though, is due to a structural defect in the heart, a perforation in the septum, for example, teh "wall" between the ventricles, or a valve that doesn't close all the way nan lets the blood slosh back and forth between an atrium and its ventricle. In cases like that, no diet change or addition will help. You will need surgury.
Has the doctor told you which kind you may have? I assume from your question that it's an innocent one. If it is, then you can live with it and exercise more, especially run more, because cardiovascular fitness will strengthen your heart and make the murmur matter less even if it's innocent.
It might make it a little louder, but it'll matter less. It'll make your doctor happier, too.

Heart murmurs are a structural problem. Nothing can "cure" it except surgery-- only for the worst cases.
Losing weight if you are overweight can decrease heart "flabbiness" and make heart murmurs less severe.
