need more info... How old are you, shape, eating habits ect... This sounds an awful lot like what i was going through and it turned out that, after quitting drinking and smoking, im now prone to panic attacks and anxiety. The symptoms are the same as heart complications. Examples would be, cold sweats, fast heart rate, chest pain/pressure, and just a generized feeling of being unwell. Go to the ER or a cardiologist and have your heart checked out. If more then one test says your fine, believe the results. But always go for a second opinion!!! And if you go to the ER you must go during the chest pains!!! They cant really tell accuretly if you arent having some sort of symptoms. They should give you an enzyme shot that will easily tell you if your heart is oxygen depleted. Good luck.

You should have this checked out by the doctor.
Possibilities include angina, panic attacks, sinus tachycardia, none of which are deadly.
