i have small dots at the base of my pubic hairs on my genitals scrotum, they are a little lighter in colour to my skin.. don't cause me any pain ever.. also on my penis there is a little bit hardly noticable, can i get a cream for this...? thanks in advanced

I am 24 years old female who just recently had a csection Aug 18. Within a week and a half of my delivery I have had gallbladder problems. Terrible pain in my upper back and chest; I have went to the ER and they told me that it may be caused by my recent surgery. Is this true? Will it go away? They told me if it is persistant I need to get a MRI. I have had 3 attacks so far and my son is only 2 weeks 2 days old. SO, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced gallbladder problems after a surgery and if so... did the pain just go away on its own or did it require surgery? Thanks for your responses.

I have just recently found out that a neighbor had syphilis. Can you help me with some questions??? Hypothetically if my neighbor used the bathroom and did not wash his hands could it be spread that way? Or if someone used his toilet? Basically could it be be spread in any non-sexual way? I went to the dr a week ago and she told me I have a kidney infection and gave my Levequin and pain meds. I finnished the antibiotic sunday morning but im still hurting severly, like I havent even taken anything for it. But I have been drinking plenty of water and everything the dr told me I did.
Could it be something more than just a kidney infection? Mabey a misdiagnosis? My symptoms are... Pain in my lower back. feeling like i need to pee every 5 minutes and not being able to. Throwing up. can someone please help me.

I regularly feel quite sick. I wake up every morning sick to my stomach, and force myself to eat a granola bar. i get quite hungry during the day, and the hungrier i get, the sicker i feel. i get really bad cramps. I get very dizzy, and my thoughts are very bizzare, as if i were dilusional or something. But when i do eat, i feel very nausous, and sometimes like im going to pass out. not sure what to do. advice would be appreciated. thanks

So I never really have had a really regular digestive system. I go once every like three days. But lately its been worse. I had surgery and I was on vicodin so I didn't defecate for like a week and then when I did I had horrible diarrhea. Now I've been going once every like five days and I poop pebbles. What is wrong with me and how can I fix this? I eat normally. I also apologize again that this question is so disgusting.

I have tried nasal spray and a neti -pot but I am completly plugged on that side so the liquid does't stay in it drips down. I also have some green mucus only flowing ou the side of the plugged nose. I have tried Sudefed Sinus tablets, overthecounter decongestants, they do not work -steam, hot compresses, hot sauce, forced snezzing - (when I sneeze it only comes out the nostril that isn't plugged.) My regular general practice doctor prescribed steroids to try toopen it up, it didnotwork. Then he prescribed antiboitics, it is still plugged up on that side. I should tell you I might have brought the problem on myself after using overthecounter nasal spray (Afrin) for about the last bfive years. I suffered from the rebound effect of Afrin, and had severe congestion because I used it for over a couple of days, and ended up having to use it daily for the last 5 years. I have heard this can cause the blood vessels in the nose to weaken. Canaspecialistopenmynoseuyp?Anysuggestions?
