I'm not a drinker or smoker. I don't overeat or do drugs. I take vitamins and exercise. Whats up?

Your sleeping postures might be the problem, especially if you fall asleep on the sofa in an awkward position. Sometimes if you sleep in a position where your brain do not get enough oxygen, you can wake up after a long sleep and still feeling like you haven't rested. You can try going to the hospital where your sleeping positions can be monitored. =) Its worth a try.

hmm. not sure.
but i know that exercise can cause extreme fatigue because you work your body so hard.
maybe try 11 hours? haha.
or i noticed before that when i get like 5 hours of sleep, im not tired at all.
but if i get 7, 8, 9 hours..then im dead beat.
im not saying to get 5 hours because i know thats not healthy lol.
im just mentioning my personal experience :]

You could have Chronic fatigue syndrome. You should see a docor to find out what's causing the sleepiness.
