I wake up every morning sick to my stomach, and force myself to eat a granola bar. i get quite hungry during the day, and the hungrier i get, the sicker i feel. i get really bad cramps. I get very dizzy, and my thoughts are very bizzare, as if i were dilusional or something. But when i do eat, i feel very nausous, and sometimes like im going to pass out. not sure what to do. advice would be appreciated. thanks

Have blood tests. You may have anemia, low iron levels, hypoglycemia or even diabetes. Or just low blood pressure. After you take the tests make sure you have a balanced healthy diet, with enough protein, make sure your weight is normal, and that you sleep well.

I am sorry you are sick. You have a wide range of symptoms that could be anything or nothing. Why not go to the doctor and explain exactly what you have written here. The proper tests can be done to diagnose and treat your problem. Good luck!

Unless you are under a lot of mental stress you need a history a physical by your Dr. The possibilities are numerous but it sounds mostly like you are stressed and need something for your nerves for a starter.

" Try drinking some home made soy bean milk for breakfast;.

Your amino sugars will abound, and hypoglycemia will vanish. "
