ME TOO. on my sac only and its only like three. They are hard and white, but generally unnoticeable and don't hurt a bit. I figured its just a large follicle. I've not heard of any treatment nor have I heard of anyone else having one.

"sebaceous cysts of the scrotum, which are rather like infected hair follicles, and which occasionally, can become infected or inflamed.

They are completely harmless and never turn into anything more worrying. They are not infectious"

seems if you try to squeeze it out, it can become infected and grow in size. even to the size of a golf ball.
only option to get rid of it is to have surgery.

if your thinking about squeezing them, think twice. Email me and I'll show you a link of what can happen including the surgery.... its nasssssssssssssssssT so I can't post it here.

For the preview, i guess it's just the pigments in your skin. If you don't feel anything else instead of the weird looks, then you should be fine. lots of people has freckles on their skin, then that's maybe it.

but if you still curious, you may consultation to the dermatologist and ask more about it.
