I'm taking a pottery class and ever since I started, I've been getting these tiny rashes on my hands. They start out as bumps and never get any bigger than a nail head, but they itch like crap and hurt after a couple days. I'm not sure but I think it's the clay. I haven't eaten anything new or started using anything on my hands that I havent used before.

While doing so, they leave their fingerprints all over the rim of the coffee mug and that is not acceptable anymore. Only grudgingly will the coffee be poured into a clean mug and I am looked at as if I am the idiot. The same happens with drinking glasses.

I know there are people that don't wash with soap, soap hasn't even been around for that long.

I was wondering if since every acne product does something bad for the skin, whether it is soap cleanser, pill, etc, if there is a way to clean without chemicals

I am Type II Diabetic. Supposing I overeat, it doesn't matter, what my blood sugar has gone too high as a result. Other than extra medication which I won't do if it is not prescribed ,is there anything I can do to help lower it to a better level? Don't say don't overeat because let's face it, everyone does it once in awhile!

My wife was recently diagosed with Fibromyalgia. In a way it was a relief to us to have an anwer to all that was going on, but now we start down the long road. We have already gotten some information from our doctor and from the internet. Other web sites on this will be helpful, but I would also like a first hand perspective. Advice and experiences from those who have this as well as those who live with those who have this will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.

my daughter has been suffering from headaches for the past year, more increasingly the last few months, she has been given meds for allergies, which made it worse, her glasses have been strenghtened but nothing is helping, The pediatrician ordered a CT of the brain, and the result was a small cyst on the brain which she thought it was nothing to worry about. I am taking her to a neurologist , but still don't think cysts are normal, what if it bursts.

My symptoms are: dull ache/discomfort in lower left side, irregular BMs (some small, some soft, some with lots of mucous), irritable nature, tingle/twinge in back of neck. My neck no longer hurts, and I can "hear" and feel something moving thru my bowels - kind of gurgles. I'm sure my bowels are full, although (today) I don't have the feeling of being constipated (I did earlier this week). I'm wondering if the stool is TOO soft (I'm fiber conscious, and think I could have overdone it recently) and if that's part of the problem. And yes, I've had a stressful week.

My dad passed away on 16th May this year from secondary liver cancer (which was only diagnosed on 27th March 2006 after he was admitted to hospital after an 'abnormal liver scan' on 13th March). For 25 years he had worked at a local plastics factory (which makes castors etc for chairs) and when I looked up causes of liver cancer on the internet, it mentioned Vinyl Chloride was a potential cause, this was used at the factory my dad worked in. Has anyone else heard of this link to this particular cancer before?
