I believe that it should be legalized everywhere. We are allowed to end the suffering of our pets, why should we not be allowed to end our own suffering if we know we are terminal.

No murder is murder what ever you call it.
It's invariably the case that what starts as with the best of intentions to alleviate suffering.
Soon become something more sinister, The mercy killing to begin with soon becomes the life taken because others see it as an inconvenience, to allow a persons life to continue.
If you doubt this inevitable consequence, just remember how abortion was first justified with regards to it's legality.
It started out just for special medical cases and in the event of rape.
Nowadays of course with have abortion on demand and some women who actually use it like a form of contraception.

For me, even if i am a cancer victim or not i still don't go for it for the very reason that we owe our lives to our creator. Who are we to do it, we are just passersby. If it is God's will that we suffer for it then why wait for God's timing. Yeah, it's painful but the pain will only be temporary but through the pain we can use it as God's reminder how we live our lives in our lifetime.

I find it strange that you expect someome to answer this question in such a small space. This is one of the biggest moral issues facing us today. Basically- of course people have the right to commit suicide, BUT, by definition people who are "mad" are not entitled to the same rights as a sane person. If you want to kill yourself- by very definition you are "mad" because otherwise you WOULD have killed yourself. Therefore, people who want to die should not have the option. However, of course it is our human right to live, and to die, and if you are not able to make that choice should someome be able to administrate it futher. However, there are of course going to be problems with the legitimacy of the doctor to administer this "death" jab. How can we trust our GP's if they have the power to kill us, as we as help us.
Just a few ideas- hope this helps.
