Eat plain food such as chicken and rice and take Imodium, available over the counter at any pharmacy to ease the Diarrhoea :o)

In France, for some reason the doctors recommend drinking Coca Cola. It does help!
I would suggest that you eat lightly boiled or poached (not fried) egs with toast.

Try just dry toast. Only nibble on it, and drink as much water as you can to flush your system out. Do NOT eat any rich foods (sugary, sweets, chocolate, fatty, chips, crisps) crackers or dry cereal may be ok if you have no bread.
