I'm a 20 year old male, 5'9 165 lbs. I had been working out and dieting really hard the last couple of months and lost 20 lbs. My clothes fit much looser and everything but I don't feel I look much different. I still look a bit fatty. Is it possible I'm losing more muscle than fat? Or do you think I probably look quite a bit different but just don't notice it because I look at myself in the mirror every day? Has any one else out there experience the same thing?

Hope someone can help

Just wondering what everyone thought about this. Do board presses, bands, chains, floor presses or any other form of lockouts help your raw bench. Personally i believe they do. It builds bar speed and power by lifting heavier weight at the top of the lift than you could through a full ROM. However i have heard alot of people say that they are only for equipment and straight sets and pause reps are the best for raw lifts.

A pharmacist told me recently that housework is not classsed as daily exercise. I am a bit surprised at this because one has to burn up energy.

I was on a good start a few months ago, but went back to my old ways. I cant afford a gym right now, but can go to the fitness center at the school i will be attending. How can I keep from getting hungry all the time like I am right now. What types of things should I eat? I like just about everything.
