NOTE I will not be jogging 30 minutes striaght but in 10 minutes 3 days a week

The 10 min jogging is what people would do to warm up for a workout . You are doing the warm up but no workout. It won't hurt you but it won't have any significant effect either Don't stop doing it though, It's still better than nothing.

It will do you a world of good. 30 mts every week is less and not more in my opinion.
Taking it in 10 mts stages is good.
You can take rest and jog..it is OK for your age.
I see no issue hurting you

If you increase your walks to 20 min per day now you will benefit... every other day is all that is required.
This will shift you toward exercising your heart as well as your limbs.. Remember keep your speed reasonable. the answer to good health is just be persistant...... good luck

it shouldn't hurt you at all. 10 minutes is just hardly enough time to get your blood flowing. optimum time for aerobic exercises is 20-30 mins. Helping you it will strengthen your heart, increase your lung capacity and all the other nice benefits of exercise.

It won't hurt you, and you won't see any major results to your body. Your stamina will just increase and allow you to run more, faster.
