I saw some old lady on the news saying it is great for aches and pains.My nan smokes it.i just hope she dosent get on to cocaine and heroin

There is so much wishy washy information out there that it's time consuming and difficult to sift through everything.
I already know about eating yogurt & taking garlic supplements (not sure how much and how often). I am also taking a 3 day OTC antifungal (can this damage my bod) & feeling some relief already. I don't want to take diflucan. I decided not to take the oral herbal cure the grocery store had because it contained yeast in it, & that's what I'm trying to fight against! LOL =O
How much fruit is safe to eat with my plain yogurt and kefir? How much sugar is okay in products like milk or adding Splenda to coffee (which I read that aspartame is also feeding the yeast)?What about fasting?
I read somewhere it has to do with the pH balance but not to drink sodas because of sugar?
I do not have diabetes but "sugar" & diabetes has been known to run on both sides of the family.
Is there anything else I need to know about natural remedies that I have not asked on here?

I have tried all the prescription meds, and therapy. I don't want to depend on a substance to shake this depression, but I'm constantly getting sad and crying for no real reason. I'm happy with my current life for once. I'm bi-polar in the second phase, and suffering from insomnia, because I worry too much. I used to smoke pot to sleep, but I recently quit. I also have angry and happy outbursts frequently.

i am in college righ tnow so i cant get to a doctor untill next week...nor can i get medicine and i cant fall asleep right now because my throat is startign to hurt and i have a stuffy nose but it wont blow out.. what can i do to relive the pain besides taking advil? its to let to get any other medicine right now

I need something to put in my kids room that will last strong all night long for their congestion and coughing from the cold and flu. I was using Sudacare vapor plugs but they are not as natural or beneficial as pure aromatherapy oils would be. There are so many different methods. I dont want to spend more than maybe 50 dollars on a device. I cant see that the tea light burners would work well enought or long enough and i dont want to leave a candle unattended at night. I want to be able to leave it on..have it work all night without starting a fire. What method would be best -The room is small - probly 12' by 14'.

What oils do you use for cold and flu? Eucalyptus and Rosemary i read are good.

I overdosed on some painkillers, some were over the counter some were prescription, and I'm feeling kinda... I don't know the word for it. Like shakey and dizzy and just weird... It feels good though. I've done this before with just Tylenol. I took like 4-5 of them and got a similar feeling. So am I getting high?

I'm 14 about to be 15 in a month and I have never used drugs before or OD'd on anything except that one time with Tylenol... Is this the feeling of being high? Is it possible to get high off painkillers? I took 3 Tylenol, 1 Bayer, 2 prescription drugs of one kind, and 1 or 2 (Can't remember.) prescrition drugs of another kind... And I think I took 1 more pill but I can't remember if I did or not and what it was if I did.

And I have another question: Are there any websites I can go to for help? I really want help because the after effects are like a punch in the face. Thanks.

I have the flu, I mean I REALLY have the flu. What are some quick tips to getting better if you are deathly afraid of needles (shots) and doctors? Oh yeah the reason I'm afraid is that when I was 5 this new (expirenced) nurse drove a needle almost right through my arm! And the second time she tried she wiggled it around in my arm. I'm now deathly afraid of doctors and needles now. Help me with some things to get well without going to the doctor.
(P.S I've looked up on Flufacts.com and that doesn't do me any good.)

I've had every pill possible from the Dr. for migraines.
I had a MRI and nothing
I've been to the dentist, chiropractor, regular Dr. and Eye Dr.
I'm going on a month with a headache that has not went away. I have even tried Darvacet and Tylenol 3 no Luck
Please any advice....
I am taking iron pills.
