Alternative Medicine - March 2007

I am looking for a home remedy that will dissolve kidney stones safely. The ingredients should be inexpensive and easy to find at a local market or health food store. Please send any instructions as to how to prepare the remedy as well. Thank you in advance.

I was told their is a lot of potassium in bananas but i hate the texture of bananas, but i like the hard banana chips. Is their the same amount of potassium in the hard chips that their is in the real bananas. Is potassium really good for your heart? What does it do?

ok for if you followed the first 2 i found these pills in my older brother night table, this is the third kind its long and white. one side nothing one side GG and 249. also has 3 lines cut in to it short way. sorry for all the question i just dont know what to do or what.

Hi!

Since a month I had the infection in my ear. (It hurt pretty bad)
Now I'm cure but My right ear just hear the half of my left hear...

I will go see the doctor.
But I just want to know if you know a little trick to unblock the ear.

I ear the trick of oil in the hear...

I have a keloid on my jawline and it isn't so much a problem with the way it looks but that it is slightly painful to the touch. I am hoping someone has had some luck with some natural remedies like different herbs or something of the sort. I don't want to do steroid injections, lasers, freezing, or any of those. Any help would be appreciated...

My shoulder/neck muscles are so tense/hard, it causes severe headaches, pinched nerves and swelling/pain in my arms. The MRI shows nothing. Aside from every possible med I have used for pain/relaxer, I have used - ultra sound, chiropratics, massage, acupunture, physical therapy and warm water pool therapy.

Does anyone know of anyother treatments?

I took a drug test for my probation and had some in my system. Would they be able to tell the difference between xanax and kolonopin? That's the drug that they know that i am perscribed to take. Will the Xanax even show up in the drug test?

*Sorry For the Spelling Mistakes*

On the 24 someone gave me some prescription dugs(pills) that were called (Seroquel) and he said that it was sleeping pills and i took four and within forty-five minutes i was helping some friends with a cow and i stoped and i was leaned againts a pole and then i felt like i was going to passout but i didnt think it would really happend so i thought nothing of it but then like one minute i reamember feeling like i was falling.
So then I woke up and there was the persons son right over me saying that i just fell and i dont even reamber hitting the floor and it didnt even hurt but when you pass out do you feel it when you hit the ground?
Well i was thinking that it was the pills that made me passout. Do you think that is was the pills or something else? And what so the pills do and what are they used for? I hope this made sense.

My mother had a total hysterectomy, because of uterine cancer, over 1 1/2 years ago. After surgery she developed a blood clot in her leg so they put her on coumadin. Now I know it's common to have this happen after a major surgery but I don't understand the purpose of staying on this for so long. I don't believe the clot is there anymore and she doesn't have hyperlipidemia. She has always been into the natural approach with everything until she got cancer. While on coumadin, she has to have routine blood worf to check PT/INR to see if they need to decrease or increase the stuff. As long as I have been in medical, I have never really understood this drug. It's not good for anyone. So has anyone ever heard of an alternative to coumadin? I realize she's have to work closely with a Naturalpath but I would think that would be a much better route to take.
