i think my boyfriend might have alcohol poisoning. he's 6'3" about 180 lbs and he had about 10 shots of vodka maybe more. he's been throwing up for the past 2 hours. i dont know what to do to help him. im not sure if it is alcohol poisoning or just a hangover...
also he never drinks so the alcohol has affected him alot. he isnt passed out or anything just throwing up. he doesnt have any food on his stomach either....
ive tried to get him to drink some water and he absolutely will not listen to me. someone please tell me what to do.

Hi. I have very dry skin and hair. I dont know why this is. Ive tried numerous intensive moisturizing lotions but they dont seem to work. Also my hair is very dry though i have tried numerous deep conditionings. I think my whole system is dry even though i drink a lot of water. I dont know what to do or what vitamins i may take to cure this dryness.

I have been taking b 12 injections for the doctor for 3 months at 160.00 a month. They really work I have dropped 25 pounds but it is becoming very expensive. I have an extreme fear of needles. It’s so bad that I pass out and vomit when getting any kind of blood work or vaccine. I joined a local EMS unit, and knowing my risks of disease exposure, I want to be able to get my fear of needles out of my system, and get those vaccines that I should have.

Over time, looking at the medics do their job, I watch them use needles. In addition, I have a friend who is diabetic, who requires daily insulin injections, which I also watch. All this have lightened my fear of needles, but I’m still afraid. My diabetic friend understands my fears, because she was afraid of needles/ She told me when she was first diagnosed, the camp she went to showed her how to self-administer insulin using saline. She said that whenever I am ready, she will let me use one of her unused needles to help get over my fears, and if I could get saline, that she will help me with that fear. Do I need a prescription for saline, or can i get it from a pharmacy OTC

I'd rather not buy them online; I have a good Whole Foods market near me where I can obtain them.
This can apply to lessening the effects of pms, or just lifting a bad mood or depressed mood in general.
If you know any herbs I can get that will put me in better moods or calm irritability, let me know. Thanks. :)

I've tested a few different bottled waters... poland spring, deer park, and generic "spring" waters. I used an aquarium ph test kit. The "spring" water comes up very low on the ph scale somewhere between 4 and 6. My tap water comes up either basic or slightly alkaline. Since I started having heartburn and reflux, I figured it might be from the acidity of all the bottled I was drinking so I switched back to tap. I know that a slightly alkaline system is more desirable and most disease and cancers can't exist in an alkaline environment.

Does anyone know if acidic drinking water alters your body chemistry and if it is worse for you to drink alkaline tap or acidic bottled water.
