I like a lot of the above answers. Their suggestions on food are pretty good.
I am putting my $.02 worth because I have found something that has helped others, and I wish that I knew about this when I had the same problem.
Have you heard of healthy chocolate? Well, unprocessed dark chocolate is an incredible anti-inflammatory and it has an antioxidant rating FAR above blueberries, Tahitian Noni, Mangosteen, and Goji.
I'm providing you with a link to the only unprocessed dark chocolate on the market. AND it tastes great!

Not being able to eat because you're sick is one thing. But now that you're better, if you CAN'T eat because you can't keep anything down, writing the question here won't get you the professional answer you need. See a doctor now! Don't wait. And good luck.

Get a variety of yogurts with different cultures. Many gut killers wipe out the friendly cultures that keep you healthy. You may experience a week of flatuence or irregularity but if you go a week with yogurts for breakfast, you will fel better.

Depends what your eating, your stomach is probably shrunk if you havent eaten for a while. Avoid acidic fruit like apples and go for something bland like rice, this will encorage you to eat and isnt rich enough to make you sick. Good luck, i hope you feel better.

That happened to me when I got some stomach virus. I couldn't eat anything. I wasn't able to eat even when I got better. I started drinking lots of Gatorade then I ate saltine crackers. And eventually I got comepletly better.

If you are still vomiting after a week you are most likely quite dehydrated. You need to see a doctor right away. You may need Intravenous (IV) medications to rehydrate you and stop the vomiting. Go to your nearest ER. Now.
