Please don't use St.Johns Wort if you are taking other meds as it speeds up liver clearance of the meds and might cause unexpected results. This is the main reason it is contraindicated to use especially with psych meds..

one appel will give u the energy a cup of coffe does bannanas have vitamin b for energy foods high in fiber and protien make u feel full but not hevy, fish is rich i omeg fats that are good for everything keep away from suger they will give u lows try to cut suger from your diet once your body addaps everytime u eat a nutrisious meal u will feel the benifits

When your nerves are bad and your in a bad mood it's usually a B vitamin deficientcy. Try panothenic acid or a B multi vitamin.

I've read that eliminating or reducing complex sugars(?) makes you feel better. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with chemistry, or if it's just the feeling of accomplishment.
