I wouldn't recommend buying off the internet unless you've done some serious research or know someone that has used meds from a particular site. You can absolutely give the injection yourself you just need to know which muscle is safest to use( you wouldn't want to hit a main nerve like your sciatic, or hit bone while administering the medication) I would use my deltoid muscle, which is located about 2 finger widths below your shoulder. Your size makes a difference when it comes to what size needle you would use. If your a larger person you would obviously need a longer needle than a thin or elderly person.

Oh yeah and B-12 is only given IM

first. ask your doc to write a prescription for a "vile" of b-12.

The bottle and needles will cost roughly 40 bucks together at a LEGITIMATE pharmacy.

And yes, it is safe to inject yourself. But ask your doc if he is giving them IM or SUB-Q (just under the skin).

Be smart and don't buy your meds over the net. Remember, not everyone in this world does an honest business. You might hurt more than help
