It all sounds fairly safe. I take a lot of the natural products from Forever Living Products every day. I also drink the aloe gel. This is a very good Aloe Vera drink which builds and helps the immune system big-time.
One product you mentioned is Ginkgo. Forever Living make this too, along with most of the other products you mentioned, but for some reason, the Ginkgo is not allowed into the Republic of Ireland. I do not know or understand why. I do know someone, one of my own dowlnine in fact, who wants to take it. I don't want to get him any other brand as I honestly feel Forever Living Products are the best of their kind in the world. That is how they can offer a sixty day money back guarantee on all their products.
If you do check up that web site and feel you would like to try their products, DONT! Don't do it straight away, because I can save you 30% off the retail price. All you have to do is join as a distributor, and no, this does not mean you have to sell anything,it just allows you to buy at wholesale price. To join just quote my details: Frank Woods from Dublin, Ireland my distributor no is 353-000-019-886 and tell them I said you could join under me. You can also have a look at www.flpvideos.com for more information The original web site is www.foreverliving.com
Best of luck. If I can help you further I would be delighted. Just e-mail me at frankwoodsflp@eircom.net

I would say yes and no, you have to remember that each one of us is very different from the other, and it also depends on the amount or RDI for your age group and your activity level or lack of it.
I would very much like to get you some info about a Personalized Health program that will answer your questions better. So if you send me an e-mail I would be very glad to help you further. Send e-mail to herb_ent@yahoo.ca

Sounds good, however how old are you and do you have health issues? You could get in touch with an Herbalist to see what they advise. Because if there is certain issues then they can tell you to omit one and use another, whatever the case may be. If you are hesitant about seeing one I know of one with a Phd. who does not charge for consultation and it is a free phone call to speak to him personally. Feel free to contact me, at newbegin@shaw.ca

safe? in general, yes. none appear to be harmful to anyone without a medical condition.
however, if you don't use high quality products you'd be wasting money. my advice would be to eat better, first. never eat processed food (anything coming in a box, can, frozen, plastic, fast food, etc ), eat organic as much as possible.
i've found dr. mercola to be a good source for health 411

It depends on what you want to achieve, the mix you have there is a strange one. maybe you try getting some free advice from a nutritonal expert, try www.myhealthabc.net, there is an email link to ask questions for free and then you can get help with what you want.

This sounds fine but be sure your doctor knows that you take all of these so it is noted on your medical chart so he can watch what meds he prescribes so they don't interact with your supplements.
