Mix one cup honey with a quarter cup of vinager in a jar. A couple spoonsful is great for treating sore throats or coughs. It's also good for treating the hot flashes and night sweats of menopause. I quit taking hormone replacements years ago and use 2 tablespoons of this each night. After a couple of weeks the hot flashes stopped completely!

If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org
About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.
I hope it helps

I have. Didn't really figure out what it did for me, but it tasted good to me, so I just keep doing it every now and then just for the taste, and I figure it can't hurt to use it either. Both are natural things.

Yeah, we use it as a sort of tonic. It's kinda like juice if it's mild and sweet enough. Good for trace minerals and such.
