Hello everyone,

Presently I have hypothyroid, and just 2-3 months back, i came to know about it. My age is 27. I am married. And last time i tested 2 weeks back my TSh was 14.45.

Now I m havig eltroxin and few days back i have also started the ayurvedic treatment, with which I am not very satisfied.

While surfing at net about thyroid, i came to know about armour medicine with lots of positive reviews. Can anybody tell me the cost of this medicine according to Indian price and where can i find it in Delhi specially near Patel Nagar.

And I have dont have my periods this time, and its 10 days late. I have done UPT but it was negative. And I do have some spots 3 days back. and after that nothing. I having cramps, and feeling of having periods, but they are not just started yet.
And I thing I should consult an allopathic Dr. and stop having this ayurvedic.

Plz help.

Waiting for your replies.

thnx.

I get mega insane heartburn and tums/rolaids/etc never does a thing. I was wondering if anyone knew of a food or root or something that was a good answer to extreme heartburn. By extreme I mean almost every second I'm awake. I've heard of Pickle Juice but im looking for something I can do every day.

Thanks much.

a product that activates macrophages and natural killer cells, and digests protein compounds? The supplement I am taking is called Protease Plus (in case anyone has heard of it), and is a full spectrum of plant-derived trace minerals that activate enzymes. I'm trying to build up my immune system, I trust in the product, I just want to know what is going on inside me. Thank you :)

I have been taking Milk Thistle every day for liver support and I would also like to start taking Vitamin B-12 for energy every day along with the Milk Thistle. The Valerian Root I plan on using it sparingly, not every day, I only plan to take it for times when I am under severe stress or for when I am feeling anxious (for anxiety). Would it be safe to take all these 3 supplements on the same day? Or for sure, I want to know if it is safe for me to take Milk Thistle and Vitamin B-12 every day (both on the same day)?

Just curious if there is any firm proof that alternative medicine practices actually work. I need *hard evidence*, preferably documented studies by a reputable organization. Anecdotal evidence and user opinion such as "I felt better" or "the Chinese have practiced for thousands of years" does not qualify as proof.

I am a teenager and I have constant tinnitus. I got it during an ear infection a year ago and it has not gone away. I took hearing tests, and the tests say my hearing is perfect, and I can hear eveything fine, but the ringing bothers me. I have no symptoms of any other disease, so I don't know what to do.

What methods of intake are there for extracts (i.e. http://www.psychoactiveherbs.com/catalog/images/kratom_15X_Extract2.jpg )?

Since they are in powdered form, I don't know how you could smoke it (or can you?). A tea perhaps?

Answers much appreciated!
