I have been taking Milk Thistle every day for liver support and I would also like to start taking Vitamin B-12 for energy every day along with the Milk Thistle. The Valerian Root I plan on using it sparingly, not every day, I only plan to take it for times when I am under severe stress or for when I am feeling anxious (for anxiety). Would it be safe to take all these 3 supplements on the same day? Or for sure, I want to know if it is safe for me to take Milk Thistle and Vitamin B-12 every day (both on the same day)?

Simply because something is an herb does not make it safe. I am wondering why you would need something for 'liver support'.

Absolutely safe! Two are herbs while the third is a vitamin. No contraindications.
B vitamins are water soluable, so anything you take that is not metabolized is simply flushed out in your urine. No danger of toxicity.
The Milk Thistle will stimulate liver regeneration, while valerian will both calm you down by relaxing your muscles, as well as helping you sleep.

i agree, completely safe....especially if you are only using the herb valerian occasionally. i would make one suggestion though. you should be taking a B complex instead of just the B-12. The B's should be taken together for them to be effective. if you are still low in the B-12 you can then take additional if needed.

when on multiple suppliments you have to make sure that they do not overlap on what your getting from them. For a long time i was taking what i thought was just a calcium suppliment and it turned out that it had 2x as much b-12 as my daily vitamen had in it. I was getting 2x the recommended daily value.
