Tendon don't get tired. They can become strained. Natural medicines, and even processed chemical pharmaceuticals won't do anything at all for it. All that happens is, you start taking something, and after a few days you start to feel better. It isn't what you're taking. It's time to heal that's working. there's no natural medicine 4 healing tendon except eating fish n green veggies only.fish is good 4 healing any operation in our body n green veggies have lots of minerals n vitamin c.take care.
