Orange juice since it is packed with vitamin c. Gatorade is also good. Also, take vitamin c and echinacea (found where vitamins are sold). Of course a cup of chicken noodle soup is always soothing to your soar throat. Hope you feel better!

Feed a cold. Starve a fever.

(That's the old saying. It probably has something to it, but I wouldn't rely on it completely. If I have real problems, I see the doctor. Otherwise, I rest and eat sensibly. The following are my main choices.)

Solid food — I eat morre eggs than usual. A couple of poached eggs, or a dietetic egg white scrambled dish. Something light on my stomachj, but nutritious.

A little bit of lightly toasted bred.

Dilute orange juice with water.

Tea. I prefer Earl Grey or some other "real" tea, rather than herbal teas.

Good old fashioned chicken soup is always a good choice. Drink plently of water...some folks I know like to drink gatorade when sick, or even things like seven up. If something sounds good to you and you don't feel all that bad, go ahead and eat it!

anything...One of the best things you can do when you are sick is to eat. Your body needs the energy to help fight the infection. Even if you don't feel like it...eat. Try to eat just as much as you did before you are sick. Warm soups seem to work well.
