There are blue potatoes. I love using them just like regular potatoes. They make a really pretty potato salad.
There is also blue corn, which they use to make blue corn chips and tortillas.

blueberries, certain grapes, and plums, some bananas appear blue in color...like the plantain variety. They are all very healthy foods to eat. Enjoy!

certain grapes ,plums,and blue berries are blue in color..they can be eaten just as they are... or made into things such as jellies and drinks
not sure about vegetables......

hopefully your shade of blue is not an issue --- but certainly blueberries --- comes to mind --- and they are good for jam --- there are probably others but my mind has gone blank for the minute --- I'm sure others will contribute . good luck
