Nearly 4 years ago i sustained a spinal injury where it took me almost 9 months to walk properly again. In that time i was on a plethora of pain killers and anti depressants.

I started using magnetic therapy on advice from a friend that was concerned i was becomming addicted to the drugs i was on. I was and am still using a magnetic under blanket on my bed, magnetic pillow insert and i also wear a magnetic bracelet around my wrist.

I have to admit, i am not totally pain free, but the strongest drug i take now is Panadol or nurofen. Others might say it has not helped them at all, all you can do is give it a go. Just remember it dosen't happen overnight, may take a few months, but you will notice the difference.

Yes I use a magnetic necklace to decrease pain and swelling in my ankle. Also I use magnetic insoles in my boots or shoes to increase my strength levels by about 20%. You can prove the strength test yourself, just get two insoles lie them on the floor. don't step on them yet, just put your hands out in front of you with your arms extended and ask somebody to push them down, you will find that they won't have much trouble in pushing your arms down. Now step on the insoles and ask them to try and push your arms down again, you will find that they will have a very hard time trying to push them down because your magnetic field has just been re-enforced. They are worth there weight in gold, I wouldnot do without them.

Honest to God , the two times that I used magnets for extended periods of time ( over 8 hrs)they made my kidney stones try to pass! Not fun.if you want to use them, keep the time shorter than I did take breaks without them and they should work pretty well for you. They're powerful healing agents.
