i pinched a nerve and been to the dr. a hundred x's it don't work. i have 2 numb fingers n it's drivin me nuts. it's my pinky and ring finger. please don't say chiropracter. tried did nothing.i can't stand it no more.

My chihuahua's have worms, can not figure out where they got them as they go out to go potty and come right back in. Anyway, I know they have them, but they are such tiny dogs and are very sensitive to shots or meds. In fact we have to seperate their shots because if given all at once they have gone into shock. I am leary of getting a strong worm med for them. Some people have told me that giving them a little pure tobacco will kill the worms. Has anyone else heard of this. Does anyone have any suggestions to a natural type remedy for treatment, or has anyone tried the natural drops from pet meds? May as well treat the cat too just in case, any suggestions for her? Thanks

For the past week I have had no more than five hours sleep (though most nights it has been more like three), and it always takes me at least an hour to get to sleep. I've done a little research and I think I'm suffering from insomnia. I've tried a few things, but no matter how early or how late I go to bed, I still can't sleep.

If this goes on for much longer I'm going to try and see a doctor, but I'd like to know if there is anything I can try at home (though I'm not keen on taking any pills unless I have to).

Ok, I've done extensive looking up Spirulina, and it remains controversial. I barely started taking it 3 days ago, and I bought it from GNC. In the label it says 1 pill a day but that is only 500 mg. On all of these websites it says anywhere from 2-10 grams, so what is up with this? I take 2 anyways. Can we star this question please because I want a lot of people to answer this question. Are the big government companies trying to keep this superfood down or something to protect their investments in drugs and vitamins? What is THEE truth about Spirulina? Thanks.

I've been recently considering doing a detox and came across detox patches, which apparently with the right diet help draw toxins out of your body into the pads. Do they work? Also if they do which ones are the best to buy as each different manufacturer claims to have different ingredients that do different things. Please help. Thankyou
